Prices do not include any additional labs, injections, or procedures that may be needed at the time of the visit. Telehealth appointments may be scheduled at the provider's discretion based on the reason for the visit. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, we do require that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid incurring a fee. The following fees will be applied:
- No-show/same-day cancellation - $50
- Reschedule within 24 hours - $25

We do not accept insurance for these services, and we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront to secure the appointment.
